Residential and commercial development Stotzweid, Horgen

A commercial building and a residential building for a wide variety of tenant and usage scenarios are being built on the Stotzweid site. With the strategy of a topographically well-adapted development, interweaving with the context, the offer of a collectively used plateau and the great diversity of possible uses, a life in diversity and community is made possible and meaningful addition to the other sub-projects of Trift AG and the projects in created a wider environment.

What all apartments have in common is the unobstructed view of the lake and the participation in areas that are jointly managed and thus strengthen cohesion among the residents. In addition to multi-story apartments, cluster apartments, studios, and maisonettes are also offered. A robust structure was developed for the commercial space, which offers all options from small rooms to open spatial landscapes and can also be used as living space in the long term. In combination with the Kita and flexibly usable joker rooms on the roofs, a building structure with a model character is created, which offers long-term living spaces for a wide variety of forms of living and working.
