Where one of the region's first luxury hotels once stood, a new social centre is being built that evokes associations with one's own home. The project strengthens the urban planning situation and contributes to neighbourhood development by offering a (village) square. The motif of the traditional Engadine bay window is taken up and reinterpreted. On the outside, the mineral washed plaster façade refers to the rock of the Alpine environment. At the same time, inside, wooden surfaces create a warm atmosphere and are reminiscent of traditional regional interiors.
