Visit: Replacement and renovation of Kolonie 1+3, Wiedikon building cooperative
As part of the annual theme “10 years of zawonet: 5 levers for affordable living”, Simon Sutter from Zimmermann Sutter Architekten and Andy Kammermann from Wiedikon building cooperative will guide you through the new building, which, unlike the existing building, fits perfectly into the existing perimeter block on all sides. The tour will answer questions about the levers in project development and their role in rent formation.
