The colleague gets on his bike and says, "Bye, I'll be at the client meeting. A minute later and 116 linear meters from our office, he is spotted in a group of helmet-wearing people at the Zurich bus station. They are looking at the construction site of the Stadthaus 23/25.
Before our eyes, the site of the buildings at Limmatstrasse Nos. 23 and 25 is currently being transformed into a temporary construction gap. By early 2023, 30 apartments, 6 studios and two floors for public use will be built here. Through the communal roof terrace with a view over the whole of Zurich, the project offers a generous outdoor space at this dense piece of the city.
