The weekend of 27/28 June 2026 saw this year's edition of Open Doors Engadin – 76 properties, 4,000 visits, 241 guided tours, 15 specials and 12 architectural culture walks in the Maloja region. BGP took part with the Centre for the Elderly Du Lac in St Moritz.
Visitor interest was high, and the guided tours were fully booked. Marco Giuliani from BGP and Kurt Lazzarini from Mierta und Kurt Lazzarini Architekten led visitors through the building and offered insights behind the façade – right through to an occupied residential flat. It was precisely this closeness to everyday life that made the experience so special: experiencing architectural culture, not just viewing it.
