Continuity and change. 48 years after the Bob Gysin Partner office was founded, we took another important step in the continuous development of our office and management structure on 1 June 2024.
Marco Giuliani is taking over the position of President of the Board of Directors from our founder Bob Gysin. He will remain an honorary member of the Board of Directors and will continue to advise us on strategic issues. At the same time, we are expanding our circle of partners to include the two long-standing members of the Executive Board, Marco Barberini and Kaspar Horber, and warmly welcome Alexander Utecht as a new member of our Executive Board.
Bob Gysin not only founded the architectural firm BGP, but also played a key role in shaping its philosophy, strategy and architecture over almost 50 years. We want to thank him warmly for his courage and tireless commitment and wish him every success in his future endeavours as President of the Bob + Kathrin Gysin Foundation.
Alexander Utecht has been a valued employee of BGP for many years. Since the beginning of 2024, he has enriched our management team with his extensive experience in the competitive environment and his in-depth knowledge of project development and the digitalisation of construction. We are convinced that he will enrich our corporate culture with his professional and personal strengths.
