Rising land prices have an impact on rental prices and exacerbate the situation on the housing market. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find affordable housing, both in new and existing buildings. Therefore, it is now time to put the land issue back in the sights of housing policy and to look for a fair distribution of increasingly scarce resources. The event offers a platform for the exchange of ideas and solutions between experts and interested parties.
