A project on your doorstep you do not get every day. We are pleased that our new design for the house Elvetino in Zurich has been awarded the first prize.
The construction team for SBB AG – represented by SBB Immobilien Development Anlage Ost – has developed the project team from a modular basic concept. This enables a multifaceted and flexible mix of uses. At the interface between a traffic-shaped space and a Blockrandquartier, the new building appears self-confident and with respect for the environment.
