The Bärenmatt center for the elderly in Bremgarten is to be renovated and extended by a new building. Unlike originally planned, the project extends the existing wing of the building to the northeast and creates an attractive addressing, while in the southwest the park will be preserved and valorized. The structure of the new building is a reinforced concrete skeleton system with a façade in wooden element construction. After a building application in 2022, completion is planned for 2025.
